Emmanuel Holterbach is a musique concrete composer and sound artist. He presents lectures about sound art and the art of listening. He organises Éliane Radigue’s archives, has written her biography (published by INA/GRM), and he coordinates the publication of her archives for Alga Marghen and Important Records. He is also the co-founder of the Les Productions Fluorescentes record label.

Emmanuel Holterbach contributed to the High Tides programme during the opening weekend with a live spatialisation performance of the early feedback compositions of Éliane Radigue.
