Eva La Cour

Eva La Cour (b.1982 , lives and works in Copenhagen, Denmark) not only has a background in visual arts, but also in media and visual anthropology. Her work reflect on the relationship between image-making and the composition of urban and natural space. Her artistic practice is often based on a conceptual appropriation of mediating processes and maneuvers in culture. La Cour’s work has been presented at Kunsthal Nikolaj, Copenhagen (2015); Bergen Kunsthall, Bergen, Norway (2014); Inter Arts Center, Malmö, Sweden (2014,2012); Beursschouwburg, Brussels, Belgium (2013); The Vejen Art Museum, Vejen, Denmark (2013); W-O-L-K-E, Brussels (2013); Makiza’Art, Nantes, France (2013).
