Kristian Poulsen

Kristian Poulsen (b. 1981, lives and works in Copenhagen) is an experimental guitarist and visual artist. He holds a degree from The Jutland Art Academy, Aarhus, Denmark, and is a member of the groups Spost, KPTTM and HPM. His influences include John Fahey, Derek Bailey and Glenn Branca, as well as no wave and minimalist music. His latest solo show at Years, Copenhagen (2015), ‘Remarks on the History of Things’ dealt with the construction of meaning in relation to punk record sleeves.
