Tromsø Folkekjøkken

People’s Kitchen Tromsø was founded by Liv Bangsund in 2014 after graduating from the Academy of Contemporary Art in Tromsø. The People’s Kitchen is an ongoing initiative that uses surplus food as material for meals and cultivates social and collaborative events in the process. The platform explores the process of producing knowledge and resisting environmental waste through alternative systems of action and sustainability.
